What it costs

Every project gets a fixed price, in writing, before any work starts. Projects start at $1,000; ongoing work and engineers on your team are billed monthly. Here’s how a price is set and what moves it.

How it works

  1. Tell us what repeats

Book a free 20-minute call or send a brief. Describe the job in plain words; no prep needed.

  2. Get a fixed price

After the call you get a written plan: what we'll build, what it costs and when it's done.

  3. Watch it work

You get something working to try every week. When it's done, it runs in your accounts and it's yours.

What changes the price

What it connects to
An agent that reads one database is a smaller job than one that reads your ERP, CRM and inbox, and writes back to them.
Answering or acting
Answering questions is simpler than taking actions. Anything that changes data in your systems needs approvals and more testing.
Where it runs
Hosted AI models are quickest to set up. Open-weight models on your own infrastructure take more work, and keep the data in-house.
The state of the data
Clean exports are quick to work with. Scanned documents, free-text fields and inconsistent records take extra work to read reliably.
For scrapers: sites and schedule
More sites, more fields and more frequent runs mean more to build and more to keep running.
One-off or ongoing
A defined build is a fixed-price project. Keeping something improving month after month is a retainer, billed monthly.
