The challenge
The answers a plant runs on, like what was made, what was billed, what's in the warehouse and which orders are still open, sit inside its ERP. Getting one used to mean building a report or finding the one person who knew where to look.
What we built
- Questions in plain English
- Ask the way you'd ask a colleague: what was made in the last ten days, did it go to plan, which purchase orders have no sales order.
- Answers from live data
- The agent writes and runs the code that reads the ERP, so answers come from what's in the system right now.
- The working, shown
- Each answer shows its steps: its thinking, the code it ran and how many records matched, so people can check it.
- Reports in one sentence
- Ask for a report and get totals, charts and tables, ready to export as HTML or PDF or to run on a schedule.
